This accommodation does not offer air conditioning. The private outdoor area has a fenced pool and garden. The pool is open from May to September, weather permitting. Upon request, it may be possible to open the pool before May. There are 3 parking spaces available on the property. One pet is allowed. Smoking and events are not permitted. During 2025/2026, the house underwent significant improvements: most of the wooden doors, windows, and French doors were restored and custom-made by a local carpenter, respecting the property's original style. The outdoor spaces were also completely renovated: the olive grove was cleaned and enhanced with thorough maintenance, while the garden has been carefully tended to offer guests an even more pleasant and welcoming environment.
